I'm Cindy Milas, Owner of Laser Life Coaching and Counseling. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Coach, I know how challenging it can be for successful, hard-working professional women to find balance while maximizing their potential. Several years ago I realized that even though I had achieved many personal and professional milestones, I felt as though I was living life on autopilot. I felt burned out, uninspired, and stuck, but the thought of making major life changes seemed overwhelming.

Unfortunately, it took getting diagnosed with a painful autoimmune disease to finally realize that something had to give. If I was going to have the kind of life I'd always wanted, I had to make a commitment to myself and take charge of my own happiness.

Thankfully, that simple decision was a GAME CHANGER! I began to prioritize my own well-being and purposefully recraft my life. Now, not only am I happier and healthier, I've moved beyond simply surviving to THRIVING!

I founded Laser Life Coaching and Counseling because I believe every woman has the ability to transform her life, just like I did. I'm committed to empowering women to achieve greater success, happiness, fulfillment, and balance through laser-focused life coaching and counseling. 

 

 

 

Cindy brings 28 years of providing mental health counseling to a diverse population of clients and intensive training in laser-focused coaching to her practice. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Gerontology, and has been a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1999. Cindy is a Board Certified Coach and completed the International Coaching Federation accredited Laser-Focused Coaching Intensive under Marion Franklin, internationally renowned Master Certified Coach, speaker, and author of "The HeART of Laser-Focused Coaching."
